Be innovative in sex plays

For many people sex plays a very important role in their lives and they can’t see beyond that. Sex is a very important factor for everyone or for almost everyone. Since there are different people there are different viewpoints about the same. For example some are adventurous and some docile. Some prefer to experiment while some prefer not to.

For the adventurous kind there are sex toys, which are available in the market. There are vibrators, sex toys and adult sex toys. Some people are still not open to using such instruments but there are some who are happy doing the same. These Adult toys are in great demand today and many people are turning into these toys to better satisfaction and satisfying their sexual urge.

There has been an increase in the demand of sex toys because of hectic lifestyles and the pressure of career over pleasure. People now have less time on hands for indulging in sexual pleasures. Sex life has got affected with work pressure.

Adult sex toys are in great demand nowadays, but still not everyone is ready for the same. The reason being they want themselves to become much more attractive than they already are like better dressing and various other avenues, they want themselves to look sexier than what they are, instead of indulging in sex toys.

Then there are adult board games and sex games for those who like something quieter. These games include features, which are required for excitement, which is, required to be free flowing between the couples. The couples can thereafter decide on the games they want or indulge in or feel attracted towards. These board games are preferred among elder couples or couples who have some sexual problems or hindrances alike and thus require an alternate way to satisfy themselves.

The market for sex toys and adult fun is really expanding at fast rate and many people are taking in to the same either discreetly or openly. The market for adult fun like sex toys is really surging ahead and so is its demand, which is growing at a fast rate. There is high surge for makers and distributors.

The road for sex toys is high and is only growing with its ongoing requirement. The road is only thriving for the customers and the makers of adult sex toys. If you want to be innovative there is no harm is trying or venturing into sex toys for a satisfying your sexual life.

Great Sex Leads to Improved Health

Recent research findings continue to reconfirm that sex does the body good in more ways than one. A study conducted by the Women's Health Program at Monash University in Australia asked 295 pre and post menopausal women about sexual satisfaction, positive well-being, psychological well-being and vitality. Being sexually satisfied was found to be positively correlated with each of the three elements of healthy living. A correlation between age and well-being was also identified with older women showing higher levels of positive well being and lower levels of general health.

The lead researcher, Dr Sonia Davison, explains the limitations of the study’s conclusions. "The problem with interpreting this finding is that it is impossible to determine if dissatisfied women had lower well-being because they were sexually dissatisfied, or if the reverse is true, such that women who started with lower well-being tended to secondarily have sexual dissatisfaction. As such, pharmacotherapies aimed to treat sexual dysfunction may have secondary effects on well-being, and the reverse may be true."

Participants in the study ranged in age from 20 to 65 and their levels of sexual satisfaction were self-assessed. Over 90% of participants reported that their sexual activity involved a partner and that their partner was the one to initiate sex at least half of the time. Common sexual problems reported by respondents included sexual desire, interest, pleasure and satisfaction. While studies of male sexual satisfaction often assess interventions and therapy according to the frequency of sexual activity, the researchers noted that women often continue to engage in sexual activity despite dissatisfaction. Therefore, frequency of self-reported satisfaction with sexual events was used as the primary measure in this study.

The findings were published today in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. Dr. Irwin Goldstein, the journal’s Editor-in-Chief offers high praise to Davison and her research team. “We are proud to publish this extremely important study in women's sexual health. This large study performed in the community emphasizes the role and importance of women's sexual health in women's overall health and well-being. Previous criticism equated physicians' efforts to improve a woman's satisfaction with her sexual life as medicalization. Dr. Davison's and co-workers' research will help health care professionals appreciate the need for overall women's healthcare to include women's sexual health care."

What is Masturbation?

When an orgasm is produced by manual stimulation of the genitals it is called masturbation. Masturbation is one of the first primal forms of sexual behavior usually experienced when very young.Masturbation is a natural and healthy method of sexual release engaged in by most people of both sexes.

Masturbation was considered a sin in the late 1800's and the early part of the last century. Before the 1960s, excessive masturbation was considered a mental condition, fixating on immature or undesirable behavior, leading to lack of adult responses.

In today's current sexual climate, where people are discovering themselves as well as each other masturbation can be an important and pleasurable activity for people, no matter whether you are in a short or long term sexual relationship. Often it can add more happiness and sensuality to your whole sexual dimension.

In this time of sexual disease people who are single continue to have normal sex drives. The safest, easiest sexual relief and pleasurable satisfaction available to us can be masturbation. In fact, masturbation is the safest form of sex there is.

Many feel that the practice of masturbation makes one impotent (however not true) and hence many fear to do the same. Masturbation is done when one is in a mental state of having sex but may not have a partner to have sex or their partner is not in the mood. Masturbation is done to get the feeling of orgasm which is the feeling that one experiences during sexual intercourse.

Masturbation is a healthy way to satisfy one’s sexual feelings or sexual desires. Normally while masturbating one may be fantasying or thinking about his/ her partner. Masturbation can not be done at any particular age, for men 15 years- 16 years is the age when he can or may be able to masturbate. However this is early for ladies as their physical growth is also faster as compared to men. Ladies may be able to masturbate as early as the time they start their menstruation period this may be anything between 12 years to 15 years.

No matter you are a male of female, you should try to find a safe place when you are going to masturbate. You should try to make sure that you will not be disturbed during masturbation. To this end the bathroom can be a good choice.

You should be relaxed when you are masturbating. Masturbation is meant to be fun and relaxing. You should never do it in a hurry. This is even more important for men. A man may develop premature ejaculation if he always rushes to finish masturbation.

You may even use some sex toys to help you to masturbate. For female, you may certainly try various vibrators. The dildos can also be good choices. You should visit some sex toy stores to explore various kinds of toys for your masturbation. For male, you can use toys such as the penis pump and the virtual vagina. Both of them are very popular choices for male masturbation.

Although it is very normal to masturbate, you should also be noted that there is something called compulsive masturbation. It is just like a kind of addition and it is usually considered anomaly if you develop compulsive masturbation. Medical help may be needed in this case.

Antioxidants Boost Sperm Quality

You'd better eat your blueberries: Men who don't get enough antioxidants can have problems with infertility.

A study published online recently in the journal Fertility and Sterility discovered that men who ate antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables have better rates of sperm movement, ejaculate volume, and sperm concentration than those who ate diets heavy in meat and full-fat dairy foods.

Antioxidants have been the darlings of the nutritional world as of late — pomegranate juice, anyone? — and possibly for good reason. They are thought to slow the aging process, boost the immune system, and help protect against free radicals, which damage cells and make us more susceptible to degenerative diseases such as cancer, arthritis, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease.

And now stronger sperm can be added to the list of benefits.

The research, conducted by several universities in Spain, asked 61 men — 30 with poor semen quality, and 31 with normal semen — to rate the frequency with which they ate 93 different foods. None of the participants took dietary or vitamin supplements during the duration of the study.

The men with normal semen ate significantly more carbs, fiber, and antioxidants, specifically folates, vitamin C, and lycopene, than did the men with the lesser semen.

Does that mean that men who want to improve their sperm should start loading up on antioxidants? Yes, says Jaime Mendiola, the study's head and a researcher at the University of Murcia, adding that the participants were ready to do just that.

"Some of the men were willing to change their eating habits," Mendiola tells LiveScience. "In fact, the next 'ideal' study would be to compare if this change in diet pattern may improve semen quality in case subjects."

So what is the best source of antioxidants? Carrie Bloxson, a New York City-based nutritional health counselor who is unaffiliated with the study, says that eating whole foods is the way to go.

"You should use nutritional supplements just like they are labeled — as a supplement, not a substitute," she says. "I also recommend taking a food-based supplement over a synthetic, as your body will absorb the supplement better because you’re not processing a bunch of chemicals."

Bloxson recommends the following antioxidant-packed foods:

* Folates: spinach, asparagus, and lentils.
* Vitamin C: broccoli, oranges, and strawberries.
* Lycopene: tomatoes, watermelon, and grapefruit.

Happily, research has found that red wine contains antioxidants, too — just another reason to open a bottle on a romantic evening.

Why Male Sexual Health is Important

Male sexual and responsive health is very important. The lack of information provided about men’s proper sexual and reproductive has cause bad effects in the male community. Without proper health information, males will continue bad sexual and health practices pertaining to themselves and other. Not only will the men endanger themselves but their partners as well. By obtaining information men can push past these dangerous practices and help make a healthier environment for their families.

Male health is important because of these reasons: can reduce the risk of spreading STI infections, help reduce unplanned and unwanted pregnancy, and help inform men of healthy sexual practices with their partners to provide a happier future. Many men do not receive the proper information about preventing STI either because their families do not talk about healthy sex practices or their educational environment do not provide proper information. Either way STI spread from males to their partners easily, but with proper information infection can be reduced with the use of proper condom usage and disposal, and more information of the infections at hand. There are many pregnancies among men and women that are unplanned and many that are unwanted. By taking the necessary steps to ensure birth control these pregnancies can be prevented. There is plenty of information on birth control, male and female, and the different types and this information should be easily accessible to men. Informing men on healthy sexual practices can ensure a happier future with their partner. Sharing information can help men and their partners know the different kinds if sexual practices available. Problem can arise in different situations and men need to know what is normal and abnormal in their reproductive and sexual behavior. By knowing and sharing information men and their families can be well informed and and prevent serious problems.

One of the most important issues that men face is the importance of condom usage. Here at UIUC students get free condoms provided at McKindly health center. Many students, both men and women do not know that such facilities exist and to take advantage of them. Students need the know where they can get condoms and the proper use of them. Many males do not how to use a condom properly resulting in an unwanted pregnancy or infection. By providing information to every student through pamphlets, flyers, and just by mailing information to every student, knowledge about condoms can increase. Schools need to be concerned about the welfare of their students, so programs held at dorms, freshman and sophomore year should be mandatory for every student because all men and women need to know in order to prevent situations from occurring. According to the online website www.malehealthcenter.com condoms can help prevent against infection and pregnancy but should not be relied on. Infections can occur when the condom is not use before genital contact. Condoms are put through rigorous tests and rarely break but novelty condoms are no good and many people do not know this.

Another important issue that men should know is sex myths. Men and women should know the truth about sex and not just what they see in movies or what their friends tell them. By having classes and programs sex myths and questions can be addressed. Many people feel abnormal and men and women should know that they are not the only ones with problems and questions. Some myths men should know according to the website www.malehealthcenter.com is that men are not always ready for sex that it is okay to be tired and a little stressed out. Many men feel the need to satisfy women but it is a two way street and communication needs to occur. Sex is not spontaneous like in the movies and many men and women probably are not aware of this. It takes some planning especially for sex that benefits both partners to occur. Men have sexual problems and some do not want to admit it. Especially men in their youth. Problems occur and they should seek information of the problems at hand instead of letting them manifest.

In conclusion, information on men sexual and reproductive information is important. Some females know that their information on their bodies are available but many males do not know they have the same advantages or that they should have these advantages. Being more informed causes a healthy future for both men and women and students should take advantage of the facilities on their campus.

Vitamins for a healthy sex life

Having a diet high in vitamins is vital for a happy, healthy sex life. Whether you are a college student living off Top Ramen and boxed macaroni and cheese, a busy working executive with no time to cook, or someone who isn’t absorbing their vitamins properly due to health reasons, you may benefit from including more variety in your diet. If looking for a dietary supplement that will increase your sexual health, look for the below vitamins and amino acids in a pill in your health food store.

Chromium: needed for male sexual function. Found in organ meats, mushrooms, Brewer's yeast, brown rice, cheese, meat, and wheat germ.

L-arginine: an amino acid which increases the nitric oxide in the blood vessel walls to maintain an erection. Purchase as a supplement in a health food store.

Pantothenic Acid: is used by the body for hormone production in men and women. Naturally occurs in organ meats, Brewer's yeast, egg yolk, whole grain cereal, chicken, bran and nuts.

Protein: contains tyrosine, an amino acid used by the body to make dopamine, which functions in creating libido. Found in meat, eggs, dairy, tofu, nuts and beans.

Vitamin A: used by the body for healthy mucous membranes, reproduction and sexual function. Higher quantities are found in sweet potatoes, carrots, followed by mangoes, spinach, papaya, red bell pepper, apricots, cantaloupe and milk.

Vitamin B-3 Niacin: synthesizes sex hormones and aides circulation. Both chicken and fish are high in B-3.

B-6: balances estrogen and progesterone and can help restore vaginal dryness, loss of libido and treat PMS. Excellent sources of this vitamin includes red meat, fish, chicken, egg yolk, wheat germ, bananas, prunes, avocados, soybeans, liver and walnuts

Vitamin C: promotes circulation, relaxation and sexual function. For sources of foods high in Vitamin C, try guava, red bell peppers, papayas, oranges and other citrus fruit, broccoli, berries, green bell pepper, cantaloupe, tomatoes and mangoes.

So what are you waiting for, boost that sex life!

Introduction to senior sex ( Part 1 )

People seem to want and need to be close to others. As we grow older, many of us also want to continue an active, satisfying sex life. But the aging process may cause some changes.

What are normal changes with age?

Normal aging brings physical changes in both men and women. These changes sometimes affect one's ability to have and enjoy sex with another person. Some women enjoy sex more as they grow older. After menopause or a hysterectomy, they may no longer fear an unwanted pregnancy. They may feel freer to enjoy sex.

Some women do not think things like gray hair and wrinkles make them less attractive to their sexual partner. But if a woman believes that looking young or being able to give birth makes her more feminine, she may begin to worry about how desirable she is no matter what her age is. That might make sex less enjoyable for her.

A woman may notice changes in her vagina. As she ages, her vagina shortens and narrows. The walls become thinner and also a little stiffer. These changes do not mean she can't enjoy having sex. However, most women will also have less vaginal lubrication. This could affect sexual pleasure.

As men get older, impotence becomes more common. Impotence is the loss of ability to have and keep an erection hard enough for sexual intercourse. By age 65, about 15% to 25% of men have this problem at least one out of every four times they are having sex. This may happen in men with heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes - either because of the disease or the medicines used to treat it.

A man may find it takes longer to get an erection. His erection may not be as firm or as large as it used to be. The amount of ejaculate may be smaller. The loss of erection after orgasm may happen more quickly, or it may take longer before an erection is again possible. Some men may find they need more foreplay.

To be Continued........

Sex once a day keeps sperm healthy, study says

LONDON - Couples trying to conceive should have daily sex leading up to ovulation. Having sex every day improves the quality of men's sperm and is recommended for couples trying to conceive, according to new research.

Until now doctors have debated whether or not men should refrain from sex for a few days before attempting to conceive with their partner to improve the chance of pregnancy.

But a new study by Dr David Greening of Sydney IVF, an Australian center for infertility and in vitro fertilization treatment, suggests abstinence is not the right approach.

He studied 118 men with above-average sperm DNA damage and found the quality of their sperm increased significantly after they were told to ejaculate daily for seven days.

On average, their DNA fragmentation index — a measure of sperm damage — fell to 26 percent from 34 percent, Greening told the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Amsterdam on Tuesday.

Frequent sex does decrease semen volume but for most men this is not a problem.

"It seems safe to conclude that couples with relatively normal semen parameters should have sex daily for up to a week before the ovulation date," he said in a statement.

"In the context of assisted reproduction, this simple treatment may assist in improving sperm quality and ultimately achieving a pregnancy."

Greening said it was likely frequent ejaculation improved the quality of sperm by reducing the length of time they were exposed to potentially damaging molecules called reactive oxygen species in the testicular ducts.
